Orders for Septikos® are shipped via United States Post Office Priority Mail,

Orders for AgriFresh™ and BiNutrix Gold® are shipped by UPS Ground.

Returns
Our goal is to make a refund or cancellation as fair and easy as possible. Return a copy of the invoice with your order. If you don't have your invoice, please enclose your name, address and credit card account number (if it was a credit purchase) plus the approximate date of purchase with the item and mail it to:

Any returned unopened items accompanied by a receipt dated within 60 days of purchase will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. No refund will be issued after 60 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
    
Canceling an Order After the Order Has Been Placed Online

If you have sent your order, call Internet customer service at 417-858-1150 to cancel your order. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to cancel the order.
